Not at all. Many of our clients are out-of-state investors. We coordinate access directly and send you a full walkthrough video when we're done — so you can see every detail without being there.

We serve all of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Plano, Irving, Grapevine, and surrounding areas. Have a property outside DFW? Ask us — we occasionally take select out-of-market projects.

Pricing is per bedroom plus shared spaces (living room, kitchen, dining). For example, a 2-bedroom on the Signature plan would start at $9,000. We provide a detailed quote after your free consultation with no surprises.

Yes. Our Restocking & Supplies service keeps your property stocked with amenities, fresh linens, and consumables on a regular schedule. As part of the Bloxx Ecosystem, we also connect you with Fixory for any maintenance needs.

Absolutely. We present a mood board and design concept before any purchases are made, and we love collaborating on the vision. If you have existing pieces you'd like to keep, we'll work them into the design seamlessly.
